This FFP contract is delivered following the Minimum-Viable-Product development method. The customer is put in a GO / NOGO position after 8 weeks to limit his initial investment and take the strategic decision to GO-AHEAD with an extended scope. EATOPS is an experienced software house able to mitigate the risks in the early design phase.
